This class will provide answers and tools to support you on your conscious eating journey!
During this introductory day you will learn all about Michèle’s highly acclaimed R.A.W.F.O.O.D.S Plan™ giving you all the information you need to shop for, prepare and create fantastic personalised conscious eating menus. Michèle will prepare and demonstrate gorgeous breakfast, lunch and dinner recipes that you can easily create at home. There will also be lots of conscious ‘goodies’ for you to sample!

What will you learn during this 1-Day Class?
- You will learn the fundamentals of eating consciously and the untold benefits of adopting this approach.
Throughout the day you will be introduced to Conscious Eating Principles and how you can implement them into your life.
- You will explore The R.A.W.F.O.O.D.S Plan™ and learn the how, what, why and where of raw foods.
- The ingredients and kitchen equipment used to create conscious cuisine and raw food recipes will be discussed in detail including the use of a Kempo masticating juicer, Vitamix blender, Cuisinart food processor and Excalibur dehydrator.
- You will learn the basics of harvesting your own Living foods including sprouting seeds and growing wheatgrass and sunflower greens.
- You will learn how to make a variety of raw food recipes including dehydrated luxuries: raw granola; nut milks; juices; smoothies; soups, crackers; pâté; pizza; burgers; cookies and deserts to name a few.
- You will learn how to create an inspirational conscious cuisine personal menu plan.
- There will be Question & Answer opportunities throughout and at the final stage of the day.

The venue for the class is Michèle’s home in Southsea, Hampshire. Located just 10 minutes drive from Portsmouth Harbour train station and Ferry Port the venue is easy to get to.
