Who do I work with?

I work with people of all ages and backgrounds who are no longer happy with an aspect of themselves or their lifestyle. People who want to make positive, realistic changes to develop themselves on some level and are willing to work in partnership to achieve their goals. A ‘whole person’ approach is favoured; my clients are committed to reaching their potential physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. My Clients want access to ‘Real Life’ coaching which includes Conscious Eating guidance, incorporating fresh, raw, organic and living foods as one aspect of the many options available to them. They want to be inspired, motivated, creative, connected, challenged and supported to establish and live their dream life.

For many years I have been working with people from diverse professions, organisations and backgrounds. These have included and are not limited to Senior Management, solicitors, Teachers, Actors, Dancers, Psychologists, Nurses, Human Resource Specialists, GP’s, Complimentary Therapists, Social Workers, Fitness Professionals, Substance Abuse Workers, Counsellors, Health Promotion Specialists; various organisations including Local Government, Primary & Secondary Schools, Numerous Universities, The NHS and The Royal Navy; Children, Parents, Individuals recovering from Stress, Low Self Esteem, Body Related Issues and those searching for a deeper meaning in their lives.

Regardless of where you are on your journey I promise to work in partnership with you to support, encourage and guide you on your conscious living journey - your readiness to invest in yourself and your life is all that’s required.
